Make sure you entered the Username you submitted upon enrollment. The system is Case Sensitive so it has to be entered exactly, using upper and lower case letters and any spaces you included.
Make sure your "Caps Lock" is off.
Make sure there were no spaces added before or after your Username.
Make sure you've typed it correctly and your "Caps Lock" is off. Also, there should be no spaces typed before or after it and you should use the same combination of upper and lower case letters (case is sensitive).
The most common error is mis-typing your username and/or password. The system is case-sensitive so any upper or lower case letters used must be typed exactly.
Second most common error is having your "Caps Lock" on which could render an invalid entry.
If you submitted an email address when you enrolled, just click the "Forgot your Username and/or Password?" link beneath the Login form. You can then submit your email address and your username and password will be sent to you.
If you did not submit an email address or if you are still having trouble, send a Tech Support request. You should have an answer within one business day, if not sooner.
